Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for coupons which can be used to purchase products in our website or for an exchange. RETURN & EXCHANGE

Return & Exchange request must be raised within two (2) days of the delivery (delivery day excluded) by sending us an e-mail at sandhurana4455@gmail.com

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

Once you handover the product to the courier boy you will receive the refund in the form of Coupon within 1 working day.

Please Note

     ●     Unboxing video with 360° consignment view required in order to raise a return/exchange request.

     ●     Shipping label sticked on the consignment must be shown in the unboxing video.

     ●     Unboxing video should not be blurry, any text on consignment must be readable.

     ●     Consignment should not be opened before taking unboxing video.

     ●     Any issue related to the product must be shown and described in the unboxing video itself.

     ●     Unboxing video should not be edited.
